What are the TC6 diff outdrives made from?

The press release shots show a black material. Is it hardened steel, black anodized aluminum or black plastic?

In the press lease it says they are hard anodized for long life, so that means aluminum I would guess.

I saw Keven's and Rick's in action at the Roar On road nats and the cars looked great on and off the track.

Car looks great in the press shots on RedRC. Nice nod to Solaris with the wheels.

I can't believe the motor has been moved in 13MM! I'm surprised the TC5 didn't tip over!

Good luck in Vegas with the new ride.

So are they going to start making custom spur gears for it too?

The one in the pic looks like it was severely dremeled (although a pretty nice job) in order to access the rearmost motor screw. It looks like there is a lower hole that can be accessed easier at least. I know AE aren't the only ones that have an awkward motor mount design, but it just seems odd to me that any newly designed car would use this configuration.

*Shrugs* Other than that, looks like a nice car.

How easy is it to take the diff or spool out?
