Default help on oils please

Hi guys
Can someone let me know the difference between say 45 Losi oil and MM 550 CST. Ie is the 45 oil thinner or thicker than MM 550 cst oil

To make it more interesting, some of the manufacturers have changed their formulas over the years, and some of these comparison charts don't work!
The cst scale is the most scientifically accurate (it's a linear scale with a predetermined baseline), and a lot of the oils state the cst along with their own "weight". I've found Losi oils to be a shade lighter than Associated for the same "weight". Never used MM oil
