ETC3 TNG Chassis Prototype

ETC3 TNG Chassis Prototype
The first prototype has been received assembled and tested. Go to http://www.members.kingston.net/rwdesign/ to check out the latest.
I am very happy with the results so far. The car handles really well and the chassis is very stiff. The numbers from the testing I did indicates that the new chassis is somewhat better that the modified FT graphite chassis I was running. I would like to do a lot more track testing to compare the two but I am not going to switch back to the old chassis now. I feel that this chassis is better but then I am somewhat biased.
Let the trashing begin.

BobW-I see youve been paying attention to what people want-!! Good deal. The steerng rack is moved further forward, the batteries are in tight and the width of the chassis has been reduced.
I see the top deck is high up to clear the motor, which riases the CG, but also allows yo to tie it into the top of the diff case for some triangulation.
Nice work. Keep the testing info coming!! Both subjective and laptimes!!
Ray
p.s. BTW-I am NOT sponsored by BMI or Warpspeed, etc. So no worries-I am not on here to bash. Compare-yes-but not bash!!
