Hi, If the USGT class was meant for US built GT cars then you can only use
a Corvette body. Not logical.

Personally I dont think the daytona prototypes or lmp style cars should be classed as a GT car they should be their own class on that note however I think multiple classes on track at the same time would be wicked cool. 25.5 minis or fwd cars,21.5 gt cars, and 17.5 lmp cars

What I did: Bring water to boil, stir in rit dye. Turn down temp to low and wait a couple min before putting in wheels. Then stir around the wheels and flip them every few min in the water. 15 min is how long mine took.

I dyed my white Solaris rims black. Yes, I know Solaris tires are available on black wheels, but I just happened to have these white ones. I acetoned the old touring car tires off and cleaned them up the best I could. I basically did the process above, but had to soak it for 30 min. Maybe my concentration of RIT to water wasn't as strong. Anyway, they turned out pretty nice. Spec Ride tires mounted!

They look great man! Hopefully I'll get to run some USGT with you guys sooner rather than later.

Shoot, I hope to make it back up north to run at Mike's before they shut down. Not sure if I can commit to the new Qwest Fest 7 dates just yet.

Lulz... thanks man! I have no idea who is going to show up for USGT tomorrow. I know John will be there. Did Wayne say anything about going? Doug Preece and Todd will be there, but neither said anything about running USGT. Hopefully Hackabee will show.

It's gonna be awhile. I will run usgt at least once during eos if I make it. Picking up karting for my son, so rc will be secondary.

so my Speed Mind wheels arrived today, the black wheels (GT-308B) feel a little more firm than the stock RIDE wheels, however the yellow wheels (GT-504Y) feel softer than the stock RIDE wheels.
