That is the stock wing that comes with the Protoform C8 Corvette. There are two cut lines, the bottom cut line is USGT 10mm Legal. I cut between the two lines.

So what’s the consensus that’s been come to on final drive on the USGT spec motor?

I call it Honeymooner's gearing. "To the moon, Alice, to the moon!" I'm running 3.06 on a medium size asphalt track.

"One of these days Alice!"

Yes, that approach seems to work rather well.

.If you're running Exotek bodies you might like this kit. The nut matches the shape of the inside of the standoff so no tools are required. Nut driver won't fit? No problem! Wing Buttons included. Should work with most bodies with a molded-in wing standoff.

What is that Mazda?

dman18t 04-05-2020 04:06 PM

Mazda was a concept, trans am was real.

theproffesor 04-05-2020 05:17 PM

I did say WAS. As the original burnt to the ground on an episode of Top Gear. And the Venom is legal, only the concept/preproduction is currently known to exist as nothing has yet to come off the “production” line yet. And even when it/if it is produced, they only plan to make 24. Doesn’t sound like much more than a concept to me that a is just getting paid for by an elite group.

And while I know it’s not on the list, and I would never presume to be able to race it at National level events. You’re going to tell me it’s any different than the j-zero (my next body on deck), p-zero(have ran it in the past), PFM-10(ran it when it was released), PF Vittoria, or the Zoodiac? Hell this thing weighs in at 110g, a good 15-20g heavier than most of those.

For club racing, it fits right in and adds to cool factor of the class.

When you bought a stockpile of tires/wheels a while back when premounts weren’t available and the Rona got you trapped
