I just don’t understand why the FWD guys can’t run the same competitive new bodies that the 4WD guys. I’m not saying TC bodies. Not sure why they are hamstrung with the milk crate bodies. FWD is hard enough.

USGT has always had a FWD allowance. It just recently removed the ability to run the competitive bodies.

Some if not most of the older FWD chassis kit's have the motor overhanging with a high shock tower position limiting a lot of the low front end slung bodies.

I have a T4F and I doubt that a J Zero, P Zero, R Tek, Ford Gt, and a number of other bodies would fit due to motor/spur gear/ etc placement and long front overhang. With the elevated section on the rear shock tower for the body mounts, I doubt that many TC bodies would fit without changing the shock tower

The R Tek will probably have better clearance than many of the new TC bodies out now with their wedge nose.

Or just fix the real problem and get rid of the non scale USgt bodies. Then a 4wd 911 body vs a fwd golf body becomes an non issue. Also put the weight back up to 1450 and these problems go away. Progression of lax rules is USGT eating itself and becoming TC 2.0. fix the real problem!

Scale bodies weights more and it people probably would be less inclined to put barely 1 coat of paint to offset the weight. But if it was me, I would get around it just by putting all the weight down on the chassis.
