Yes we still start at 11ish.. Depends on how many classes we run on when we start. I starting to help run the track now so I intend to ping the guys on when they want to get going based on how quickly practice gets rolling. We open the gate at 8 and track is open for practice by 9am.

We are working on getting a generator big enough for a drivers pit. It's not there yet, but we are addressing it. I hope we can build a true pit area on the track so folks will have stations ready to go when they get there.

It may not be for the 7/20 race, but I will also be opening the track for Friday night test and tune for guys that don't like the mad rush of race day tune.

The track is in great shape. We experimented with using traction compound this past weekend. We will continue to treat the road course for future races. It's just grape soda, but does help with bite a bit.

I was running an MTS FFv3 FWD with the HPI Toyota Celica last year in our club series and while it was a bit slower than the faster cars, I had enough points to get first place overall at the end of the year. Racing was extremely fun for me and it made the other drivers try harder as they didn't want to be beat by a FWD car
