And a final one .

The Japs (Tamiya) have been testing this prototype in early this year ....perhaps in Feb 'cos this write up in the magazine was March 2004.

Go ahead with ya TC4/3.5 what ever..... I think it will work !

Hi guys,
thanks for the comments, keep them coming, all good input

wency- Yep 3mm carbon fibre. no price yet, but i doubt i will be selling these chassis's anyway, but you never know.
I have one on order for a friend, he saw the chassis yesterday and in 10 seconds had ordered one!
The fit is so far so good, just the steering to try.
Also waiting on a few parts, might be here tommorrow.
Maybe running by early next week.
I am not too bothered if the 'TC4' does run at the worlds, that is in october. Also if that is only testing how long till release!

Guys are you planning on running one or two upper decks? The slotted area looks really really thin. and dont those right angles make it real fragille? I know right angles make things stronger, like walls, but that is some real thin meat near the spur cut out. Did you guys every entertain the thoughts of "rounding the corders" in that area. It might have added stability.

That looks like a week point to me... make sure you sand and glue that sucker....

Man, one mis step by a marshall and that sucker is dead lol

hi guys,
smalls-dont know who you are talking too, there are two lots of people making mid motor tc3's.
But in my case no need to worry, there is support from the motor mount in the middle, and from what i have done it is very rigid.
