Turns out that the problem was due to the super soft springs - when i switched to yellows the car handled a lot better. I alos learnt that my car weighs a lot (1600g!!!) so I am going to work on that for the next event.

Aside from these issues the car ran well, although I was unfortunate to lose both front body pins in the final and the car turned into a parachute along the straight.
