In 1/12th I'll bet on Matsukura Naoto with the new Yokomo
1/12th is indoor on carpet. The Japanese do not race on carpet that much so not sure that Nato, while a great driver, will be the champion. I think it will be Juho.

Default LRP?

If he gets "modern" electronics I'll take P Diddy (Paul)

Minimum weight is 730g.

I'd go for Li-Po myself, but I'm not exactly IFMAR material.
The AE 1/12 team will run LiPo.
Juho Levanen
Ronald Volker
Rick Hohwart
Keven Hebert
Olly Jeffries

Christer Andersson and Alan Bickerstaff will only race TC and of course Ronald runs a Yokomo in TC.

Blackstock will not be attending.

Take a look at the Vegas results from last year. Naoto held his own on the rug. He was resetting TQ and dumped on the last lap if memory isnt failing me. He had a fast car but started the crashing gig in the main..lol

This is the year to win 1/12 if you don't have the "Masami" tires...LOL

Typically I would say Marc, Jilles, R. Volker, Hara etc would be expected to win since this track is a European style track, but I have to say, Paul has been on a roll, and if there's one thing I've learned in 20 years of racing (no matter what size or scale), it's when things are going right, you just ride the wave and enjoy it.

Myself, not so much. I'm the king of tuning myself right out of contention,,,

This is true. The ROAR carpet nats 1/12th mod class shouldve been renamed the Josh Cyrul 1/12 mod clinic.

For TC, im gonna say it stays with Tamiya.

I agree. If you look at Josh's track record over the last several years he has consistantly had the fastest car at EVERY major event. He has either been TQ or has won or both again and again. This speed mixed in with some good luck could produce some fantastic results.
