I tried to do a search for this and the amount of posts to read through to get, I hope a simple answer, was just to much.

I see that many BL motor companies offers diff rotor sizes.

A bigger rotor in you get what?

12.3 is a stock rotor and a 12.5 or 13 mm are designed to give you more torque. Better on road course type racing than oval.
