Default Looking for set/grub screw

Hey guys...years ago when I raced off-road there was a set screw out that worked on pinion gears and MIP CVD joints that had little teeth on the end to keep them from backing out. Does anyone know who made/makes those and if they are still available? I've tried all kinds of things to get the set screws in my CVDs to stay in and they keep backing out...it is getting very frustrating.

That looks similar and should do the trick nicely! Thanks!

Part 90251A108 also looks very interesting...like a lock nut but it's a screw.

Ok that should solve my CVD problems...but now that I'm thinking about it I'm thinking on swapping out some set screws on pinion gears as well. The new pinions use a 1/16" allen instead of the .050...are the 1/16th set screws 5-40 threaded or something else?

Thanks

should be 5-40 (part # 90289A121)

be careful, I've had some pinions that actually took a metric setscrew that looked similar to the 5-40 and took a 1.5mm wrench.
