Sorry, that's all I can find right now. Several local club racers also lightened their G+ sedans but I'm not too sure the effort was worth the weight savings.

Can anyone here let me know where or which hobby shop that will be able to supply and send to me the LOSI Black Belt kit LOSA-3281. I am thinking of quite a number of pieces as I am from Malaysia and there are no hobby shops over here carrying these parts anymore.

Does any -one know who makes the spur gear adapter that let's you use other spur gear other than Losi. I think it was Trinity but I don't see it on the Trinity site.

Hi, I just purchased a XXX-S RTR II kit. I have never been in RC cars before, so this is all very new to me, and I am trying to read every bit that I can before posting...
so far, some of the things I've bought (while waiting for my car to get here):

190mm BMW M3 GT body
a dynamite red front bumper (stronger?)
two sets of graphite rear suspension arms
two sets of graphite front suspension arms
black drive belt (without the kit... do I need a kit to run this?)
a few different gears, 90t/48p, 86t/48p, and a 108/64 (I have no idea what gears I should be running, that information is hard to learn, not a lot of great writeups)
extra set of mesh touring wheels
CVD Aluminum driveshaft (I heard this is a good hop-up?)
some extra body pins..
a pack of 60wt-100wt shock oil
tire gluing kit

What else do I need to properly maintain this beast, and what else are some good hop-ups?

I have two SMC zapped 3600 stick packs, and a Vision Peak 2 charger... I think I have most of my bases covered.

What tires should I run? What gears should I use? (just messing around at this point, getting used to driving it)
also, what kind of oils/paints/tools/rebuild stuff should I have on hand? I've spent quite a bit of cash getting into all of this stuff so far, and I haven't even gotten the car yet (comes tomorrow) hehe. any advice at all would be wonderful.

Hi,

I fitted one of these to a friends car yesterday - the black HD belt is longer than the standard xxx-s blue/yellow belts, in order to use it you will need the larger black idler pulley and the new tensioning arm too if I'm not mistaken....
