I think it would be crazy to see a aluminum chassis, I think it would have to be a split deck. Would be cool though, but I'll just stick with my sealed drive train.

After waiting for about 2 months, I finally received the Rear Hub Carriers I ordered to replace the broken ones on my XXX-S...However, I'm having trouble taking off one of the pieces without breaking something else, heh. Any suggestions to take the piece off while keeping the l'il cylinder thing intact?

I recently purchased and started racing an XXX-S G+ and installed the Novak 5.5R BL motor in it.
The spur gear is still stock at 90T / 48P. The pinion I am using at present is 27T. So far, I am ok with it and have been wining races. I still don't know however, whether I am getting the maximum performance from this ratio and it bugging me....
Is anyone else runing a similar setup?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Hi,
I got a black belt kit a year ago, the one with the larger tensioner pulley included, and now can't find them anywhere. Did it have a Losi part number/s and does anyone know where I can get one?

BTW i got my cars from TRS6 and the suprise in the box was a polished Aluminum belt cover. (under the car) He said his friend at a machine shop made it, it's 1 of 3 made. The fit and finish is ASWOME! I would post pics, but my home comp is down right now.

Hi,
I have a question relating to electronics. I used to have my electronics all in front of the motor including a fan and the transponder behind the motor. I took all the electrics out and put them with the servo and receiver infront of the motor the fan on the endbell and the esc behind the motor. I have taken the transponder mount out to save a bit of weight and was gonna drill a hole in my windscreen of my body but i wasnt sure if there should be a certain place to put it for weight distribution.
So is there a certain place were to put it in the windscreen?

You'll want to mount the transponder as low as possible in the chassis.
If you MUST mount it in the window - mount it as low as possible on the window.
