That was nice.

I got one from Losi, I was just looking for something before the week was out. I can wait a week on it.

Geeze...Do I have to tell everyone?

He, he...Reedy 767s.

Will be trying out the 767 (+) and 766 (-) combo per Big Jim.

Also got my new motor "toy" yesterday...And expecting more "toys" soon...Watch out now...

You should invest a few hours and read all of Big Jim's posts on the "other" site. Pretty interesting insight into stock motors.

Didn't even think of trying there. Still waiting for my Black Book.

I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me. I put the M.F. front and rear low roll center pivots and wanted to know what blocks to use for carpet racing. They say using low roll center will help with handling, feel more planted.

Thanks

Way more "planted". You should be able to carry more speed through the corners. It is a noticeable improvement and your lap times will show it.

The MF front pivots provide virtually no clearance between the lower suspension arm and the chassis. Because it is actually tooooooo low, I have something like a .30" spacer in between the block and the chassis.

Welcome to the club...

Should I use the 2F blocks or the OR blocks or what do you recommend??

Thanks for getting back to me! This car is awesome and I'm just fine tuning it now.

the low roll center is going to be more planted since it gives more roll but the low roll center is actually going to scrub cornerspeed. the high roll centers will carry more cornerspeed but they make the car a little harder to drive. if you want the MF front roll center mounts to have the same geometry as the stock mid roll center mounts you have to space them up .075".

I usually start with the 0F block with the mid RC mounts to give me 2 degrees of anti-dive. If it feels like its dumping over the front end too much and giving too much turn in I will go to the 2F to give me 0degrees.
