The one way will give you more off-power turn in, but when you nail the throttle on the exit of a turn you will have less steering (underdrive).
I've had better luck with spools then One-ways. One more thing, the one-way will also increase the breaking distance you need.

I think for RCCAR I've heard of people running mostly 1 ways, but this was a while ago. I run them practically everywhere except for mod carpet.

how much steering throw do you guys get? with my HS5625 its enough to make the screws that fasten the link to the bellcranks half under the steering tunnel each way. Is this normal? Seems like there should be more travel.

holy sh*t, i'm guessing your tires go over the shock screws? I have very little steering, but them i'm running foam. I have very little steering.

Braking with a one way?

I have some parts in the works for the XXX-S.....one is a titanium belt cover for the bottom, should be out in the next couple of weeks. The stainless unit out is nice, but it gets grooves in it too easy.....this one will be a little lighter, but stiffer and resistant to grooves....no price yet.

Also have a titanium belt tensioner on the way. Removes pretty much any chance at flex....no price yet.

Both should be available some time in april.

If yer interested in either, drop me an email at [email protected] , so I can put you on the list.

a cut blue belt works awesome on big tracks with long straights, excellent top speed but lacks punch.

yellow vice versa.

sound like a good idea but only if it weighs less than stock.

Titanium rarely weighs less than aluminum....we are adding another lightening hole, but my guess it will still weigh a tad bit more(since its such a small parts, I would imagine less than a gram)......but with a car that is already quite a bit underweight.....better to add weight that will actually strengthen a part.....instead of just little lead weights every where....

hey
ny what you posted, it looks like you make custom parts. have you ever thought about making titanium shock bodies or bellcrank studs?

true... but does it really matter? having parts made of titanium adds to the cool factor.
