I want to know which is the maximum charge rate of these batteries, IP5600 50C, 1c? 2c? 3??

Because you only have a few posts, can I assume that you are fairly new to the hobby??
To make the packs last as long as possible, consider charging at 1c to get the most life from them. Charging at 1c also allows more time for your motor to cool down too.

No, I five years ago that I practice in the hobby, but the manuals do not see anything relating to maximum load ratio, 2c seems a logical ratio for these batteries and bring some extra punch.
Please if someone else knows something more, that you discuss.

Charging a LiPo at 2C won't give you anymore punch than charging at 1C.

Thank you for the additional information about when you started.
Getting back to your original question, you can charge at higher c rates; but, I only do when I am forced to speed things up in order to get a full charge on the pack before a run.
Charging at 1c and getting your charger to stop charging when you have achieved 8.40V (or higher if your sanctioning organization allows) is most of it; unless, they also allow heating of the packs. Having a good programmable charger (like Hyperion Duo) helps quite a bit.

You can charging battery at 2C but it will decrease the life of your battery and it wont give you extra punch. You will also need a balance charger that can deliver 11.2 Amp!!
