According from the Stage 1 report....40mhz radio is allowed to be use in USA now (for the convience of the foreign racers)? Or just in this race with a special permit...? Just want to know....

I believed 39,40,41mhz are emergency related frequency in state...but obviousely their equipment are way more powerfull then our $300 radio system............I am just interested to know what can FTS to do for those from UK and Japan/Asia racers that use 40mhz most of the time....

on the stage 1 report there was a list of 40 mhz freq I just submitted what I had.

In the UK ours start at 665 upwards
In Asia their's tend to be even numbers eg 660 as the uk they go up in 10 spaceing eg 665 675 685 and so on I did try to get a 27mhz module for my hand set but was unable too.

Default Schedule???

Any news on what the schedule of events will be ?? I know how many days each class is .. But is 1/12th scale having a full day of practice then Quals or is it like i have heard a half day practice then Quals that same day.. I sure hope we get a full day of practice not a half day for a WC..

Also on the body front.. IS it true about some more bodies being added ?? Seems time is runnning out and i need to get some stuff to the painter.... Also if there is some stuff that might be added are they 1/12th and touring ? Or just touring ??

Thanks for the response's .....

Mike

I can't believe that there are still doubts about bodyshells etc, with less than a couple of weeks to go.

This is supposed to be the Worlds, not a little club race.

This IFMAR worlds may hold the record for number of 'single color' painted bodies...

As stated before we are all waiting for Heiner Martin of IFMAR to get back from a business trip to resolve the Body and Stage Two report issues. If you are coming to the Worlds you should have a few extra bodies painted just in case.

I know most Team Schumacher factory drivers have Ride, Yoke, Losi and Protoform bodies ready to go right now. Our Protoform sponsored drivers will be trying to run Protoform bodies but if the right ones aren't legal (they most likely will be) they will have other legal bodies to choose from.

Jorge should be posting a detailed daily schedule shortly.

The new body and batterylist are now finalized. I got them from Martin Heiner.
Not sure if it is "official" yet, so I donīt want to put it up here at the moment. But you can all expect answers very soon.
Unfortunally not all positive....
