He is on Japan's Team. He's in the US just long enough to do some work for Hot Bodies and to satisfy ROAR's residency requirements.

I'm not seeing a couple names I figured would be on there. Tosolini being the main one.

Toso can get in. He need to call ROAR to get the details. The track is asking IFMAR and ROAR to allow more Sedan entries due to the small, as usual, 1/12th turnout.

Default Approved bodies list for 1/12th

Any idea when the approved bodies list will be made available?

I would email IFMAR or the manufacturer of your chosen body with that question. We cant seem to get a clear reply from IFMAR about this.

Our last communication with IFMAR on this matter vaguely stated that the ROAR body list would also be IFMAR legal.

It would help alot if we knew what is allowed regarding bodies for both categories 1/12 & 1/10 Touring. I know it still early but the weather some of us can practice only at this time of the year and it would be nice to know what is allowed to use so that we can practice on similar equipment.

Also regarding the closed tyre-insert-wheel set, does anyone know if it is allowed to make holes in the inside of the wheel in order to cool the tyres in case of warm conditions?

John....Absolutely nothing can be done to the wheel/tire combo other than adding glue or balancing tape

Bodies - We are waiting on IFMAR...it is completely out of our hands.
Tyres - As PW said...no mods allowed
Additive - Anything goes. Paragon FX2 works very well.
Cells (is 3600 legal for worlds) - Not sure yet but all testing seems to show these aren't as good as GP3300 so its probably a moot point.

Greg - Did you tell anyone about that at the race. We had zero complaints at that race. No problem at the Pre-Worlds or the Nats in Oregon either.

The TakeOff tires are glued much better since that race, but it's just a known thing to apply another layer of glue for peace of mind
