???T2-009 OR T-3???

They're both equally good when setup well I think. I love my t2009 but havent driven a t3 yet.....

Since the t2-009 is last years model, i would probably have more support with setup with the t-3, alot of racers are now running the t-3!!! Anybody else with some input????

most 009 and t3 parts are the same , so part support is not an issue. T3 is better balanced for lipo, basically its more lipo friendly. other than that , both r good cars. its dpends on your budget .

Search is your friend.

Otherwise, don't worry about the differences just get what you can afford.

If you are going asphalt racing T2r is a great option because it uses parts from T2 and T3, goes like hell in a parking lot (more flexible chassis material) and is cheaper. Spend the extra dough on a speedo that you can use if you upgrade to a T3 later.

If you're a beginner, you wont be tapping anywhere NEAR the limits of either car. Find yourself a nice, cheap, used sedan, and run that for a season before you dive into a luxery touring car.

AE TC4
AE TC5
maybe an xray 07 or 08

I agree. I reckon Tc5R would be the way to go....

I had a T2'008 and really liked that car, got a T2'009 and never got a good setup for it, to the point of going back to a 008 and just upgraded to the better 009 parts. The T3 seems to be better yet. So if it was choice for me I would go to the T3 and avoid the 009. JMO
