Questions?? Ellegi foams? please help

I'm new to onroad and we are running ofna jl-10e's on a not too dusty concrete parking lot. There are just a few of us. The stock tires didn't last long at all. I have a line on a bunch (couple dozen) of Ellegi foam wheel/tires made for serpent nitro touring cars that I could get stupid cheap. They are pretty old. They are esy and ecy foams. Although I have not seen them in person yet I have been told that they use a pin... not hexes. Any chance we could remove the hexes off our ofna's and run these? Maybe the fronts all the way around? Does anyone have any info on these tires?

Thanks,
Michael

Default

I should have said that we are not looking for ultimate traction, but we don't want it to be a drift competition either. We also don't want to use traction compound
