those cirtix enspire2.0 were not abused. When the first few burned up the drivers used the fdr that the distributor told them to use and they still burned after that. It is not only one that it happend to but quite a lot. Even with very experienced drivers the esc burned when used with a mild fdr.
Not that it matters as they are using the stock club now (they changed it from enspire to stock club) but those enspire's were just not up to the job with the 3000kv sensorless motors. (or it had to be a very bad batch)

m-tech races at my local track. it is a smooth outdoor raceway. about 83 deg outside. I will be installing this setup in my tb03 for our new spec class and i will report back here.
I have heard nothing but great things from the local racers here. This combo will re-ignite rcgt
the ones that were buring up were not SSpec combos
these babys do not even get hot

Like fat500 said - it's outdoor and a fairly large asphalt track. It was hot and humid, I'd say low to mid 80's and 80% humidity. Most runs the motor was below 100*. The stock fan was on the speedo but if the motor was 100* I can tell you it wasn't stressing the speedo at all. Car had good rip and wound out well. It might be able to take more gear than the 3.5 we had it geared at.

You're talking about a Cirtix sensorless with 26,5 degrees of timing. As far as i know the ETS-Cirtix will be a sensored low timing ESC. When you do 3.5 on the MACH-Cirtix it will burn; the ETS-Cirtix can really handle the 3.5 in tests they went down to 2.5 without burning!!

You're talking about a Cirtix sensorless with 26,5 degrees of timing. As far as i know the ETS-Cirtix will be a sensored low timing ESC. When you do 3.5 on the MACH-Cirtix it will burn; the ETS-Cirtix can really handle the 3.5 in tests they went down to 2.5 without burning!!

I got my Cirtix/17.5T Combo yesterday. I will be racing this weekend in a fairly small track I would say 90x40... What's the starting FDR you guys are suggesting? This will be a test run for our club and see how Cirtix Stock Club ESC performs I will be racing it against Timing Advance ESC it will be fun if I can keep up with them 
It's pretty cool the motor looks like silver can but it's brushless.
