Got a stock club esc brand new in box. I bought it and soldered traxxas plug on it before I read about it and noticed it does not have reverse.. If anyone needs one $65.00 shipped and I will throw in the program card that I had to buy separate.

I apologize as I'm sure these questions were already answered somewhere in the 59 pages but I couldn't find it. Anyway, does anyone know what the default cut off voltage, running mode, brake percentage and drag brake settings are? Thanks!

Forward with brake no reverse
Brake 20%
Drag Brake 0%
Overheat Protection 95C

The manual does not state LV value ..... i think the default is 3.5V/cell.

How can you increase the brake percentage?

I have an odd issue with both of my Cirtix ESCs. I'll slam the brakes on my trigger, but there is a delay and then the car finally brakes. If I do it at slower speeds, it will respond sooner. Its really annoying because I was literally coasting thru the turns at a race when I wanted to lightly get on the brakes before a corner.

You need a programing card to change the brake and drag brake %'s. the brakes are really weak at 20% especially with higher wind motors.

I bought the 17.5T combo for a TC4 Club car. What is a good gearing range to start? I don't have any Pinions in the 30's so need a starting point to place an order.

I just realized this after ordering the 17.5T Combo. I need to buy a $34 box just to adjust my brakes?

Well, about $17 shipped, much better than another $34

EDIT:
$16.50 shipped to me, just ordered it.

I know if I don't get it, I will get frustrated....
