I've been buying the Putnam Stock Brush Kit.

#EFB - KIT (Brush and Spring Tuning Kit) 1 kit $ 6.99
Includes : (1) Green and (1) Blue shunt brush; (2) Overhead springs; and (2) Standard springs. Complete with tuning instructions for any application. Eliminates the guesswork for laydown brush motor tuning.

My lhs has been selling the kit for about $1.00 more than brushes only package. The Green/Blue combo is what all the local fast guys are using on their Trinity Monsters.

The Trinity Monster series, which ones would you all recommend?
With e-brushes(4499's) it works great. Basically after 4-5 runs the performance drops a little and I started to see the brushes pit. After 5 runs the motor started to run hotter then before. With 767's I've run them for 5 runs, they still have serrations on them and no pitting at all. Heat wise it's still fine. They'll do 3 weeks easy with a comm cut or two. You can't go wrong with 767's.
