Both my SMC lipos swelled after a few months use and they wouldn't even fit in my car. They are utter shite and will never use them again.

I've had 2 SMC 5200 24C packs that I bought from Amain about 7 months ago and both are going strong. 1 was in a really bad crash that forced the hard case apart but after pushing the case back together the pack has been working ok since. I usually run these 24C packs with a 13.5 in TC but have put a few runs on them with a 6.5 as well.

I did that..
The pack swelled after the first charge .wouldnt run the car .Its stuffed..
I contacted Danny from SMC..he kept promising a replacement...And to this day..I have not recieved one..
You canot understand the asians from RC Market....
SMC sucks, their product is crap and they will not back-up their product..
So be aware if you are in the markt for lipos..
And my 40c 3.7 volt lipos swelled as well...So all their cells are crap..
Mike
sorry to hear that, i've been hearing mixed stories about rcmarket but seems to me that they have more positive feedback than negative, so hopefully u'll get it sorted out by rcmarket or SMC directly....

btw i remember this case about a month back or so, still no replacement since then?
