1/12 setup station/tools, who makes one?

i saw hudy has some stuff for 1/12, but does anyone else make one? how do you like whichever one you have? what setup tools do you use if not a setup station for your 1/12?

Niftech and something called a Unity Tool or something like that. But the Niftech doesn't directly measure toe, you measure the difference front to back, and doesn't do camber...Unity works off of the front rim which could be warped or distorted. Best bet right now is probably the Hudy.

Integy just came out with a setup station that measures both 1/12 and touring car. I have it and it's pretty good. You can setup two cars for the price and pit space of one.

I assume you mean this one: http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...29&p_catid=163

I'm thinking they mean 1/12th touring cars like the minis...I don't see anyway to mount a pan car front axle to that.

Us govt issue: quarters

man, you are rich. I use pennies. but the real reason is that if i were to use quarters, they would always be missing. they always end up in the coke machine. no one has a use for pennies anymore. lol

They use 1/8" axle adapters in place of the 4mm axle nuts to do 1/12 so you can use it to adjust camber and toe also to adjust steering throw.

You still need a tweak station or use the quarter/Xacto knife method to measure tweak. Ihe integy set-up staion does not measure tweak.

Ah...then it won't do the 5/16ths front axle the CRC front end uses.

Nope, the new setup station from Integy has adaptors that will accomodate 1 1/12 pan cars as well as 1/10 touring cars. It is similiar to their earlier setup station in that it measures toe and camber. I use it for both my TC5R and my 12R5.

Well we already established it has adapters for the 1/8th axles...but not all 1/12ths use a 1/8th axle. I wonder if they plan to have other adapters for the 3/16ths axle?

I don't particularly like that the Hudy uses the wheel bearings in that they will have some slop in them...but at least it will work with any sized axle. I'm planning on getting a Hudy eventually and hopefully I can find some fairly snug bushings to use instead of the bearings.

My Holeshot one now works really nice on either sized axles but it is time for something new. And since I use the CRC front suspension on my BMI I'll need something that works on the 3/16th axles. I've tried several different front suspensions and find the CRC is the best so far.

Any update or new kits available for 1/12?
