Default internal gear ratios ant their effects on silver can motors.

hi guys, can anyone tell me which is better for silver can racing a lower internal gear ratio or a higher internal gear ratio. thanks brad

lower number internal ratio produces greater top speed... higher number internal ratio produces greater acceleration..

With silvercan, every bit of speed is vital and therefore IMO lower number internal ratio is most desirable...
