Hyperdrive has this on their new oval cars too. But I know thats not where Josh got the idea...he only pays attention to the competition thats fast! LOL

Loved your response Josh, exactly everything I was hoping for!

I've got a pre-order in by email, just waiting for an email reply on which shipping charge I have to pick so I can send the cash!

Cheers,
Chris.

So is this a whole new car or an aftermarket upgrade for the Photon?

Well I can't wait for production pics to come out, so I'm just gunna ask... With the bulkheads and motor mount etc being made from steel, what finish/colour plating is planned on being used?

I realise that this is purely cosmetic, but bench racing is were my skills are.

It would be cool to see a CEFX Evolution upgrade for the X-Ray T2 line or T3 line.

Hi Josh,

I'm liking the approach you've taken, as always you're doing things different to anyone.

I'd like to point out something however, it's that the new Orion Vortex Pro RACE 2009 motors do NOT have the same pattern as other B/L motors. As a picture is worth a thousand words here's how it's like... The result is that I believe these motors won't fit your motor mount.

There's another thing I'm kind of surprised to see on your chassis, it's the full cutout underneath the motor. Surely having a brace here can't be helping with symmetric flex, or with tweak...

Good luck anyway

Fab
