Would it be good to run a gear diff front AND rear? Im used to running offroad cars so not so sure about onroad. Its been almost 10 years since I ran onroad!

I think its got steel outdrives already, have to take some pictures and post them. It was used and already fully put together.

Does anyone know if a 3mm or 3.5mm chassis is available anywhere for the TXC? I want to run foam tire sedan at my local track. Needs to have the wide topdeck layout like the carpet cars had.

Can anyone tell me about the gear diffs?

Should I keep the solid front axle?

What if I use two gear diffs in my car?

depends on the size of the track, corners, and driving style. I currently run dual gear diffs with some tight corners.

no, its not a direct swap because the bulkheads are norrower. But who knows, this is just an assumption

it will fit, BUT you need a ton of shims and some different bearings for the bulkheads...If i remember correctly, I had something like 15-20 shims on each side to center the diff correctly - if a big trial-and-error thing..

because its made for the narrower bulkheads of the TCX, the out drives are in the bearings and not the molder 'shoulder' of the diff case - so you need a smaller inner diameter bearing then the stock bearings the TC uses..

I've had them in my TC, but took them out because of the bearing issue

I was informed by our purchasing dept that we should be receving the kits in this week. I just don't know how long it will take to reach to your LHS but it wouldn't take more than two weeks i guess?

Thanks for waiting everyone!
