Yokomo MR-4TC Thread v.2

Since the original (if there was one) MR-4TC thread is long gone I figured...might as well make a new one. Let me open this up with my story

I needed a 2nd car....instead of forking the $175 I didn't have for a decent ride like a Xray T1 or a MR-4TC SD I pulled out a used-twice-by-dad MR-4TC Worlds w/ allumnium arms & c-hubs in all 4 corners previously bought on e-bay never run for somewhere around $100. A few hours later my dad drops a box by my front door containing the parts/acessories that came with it like the original arms, c-hubs and the kit wrenches. I stole the reciever out of my XXX-T and found a GM V12 (also purchased on e-bay never used for around $50) I'm gonna run the car sometime this week at HW Gilroy and if I can get it tuned in time, at the Sheldon's back parking lot race...my only setback is the dual one-ways, but I could probably put a TC3 diff together with the MR4TC pulley

BTW: Anyone know anything about the yellow springs that come on the car...anyone know what TC3 spring they are most comparible with? I'll run it as is first but on my second pack I'll pop the gold/silvers on there

AND my dad told me its setup mostly like the @-sushi-Hara box-Worlds setup. Any setup tips for the carpet?
