Default LiPo Charger

Hi guys

I was thinking about buying a new charger since we finally are done with 5 cells NimH

I'm looking for a charger which just can be connected to 220 volt, so I dont need a power supply.

I have looked for a long time after a good charger but I have som demands to it, so it has been a bit difficult

It have to have a balancer "inside" so I dont need a balancer also.
and as mentioned above, I won't have a power supply next by the charger.
So the charger should be able just to be connected to 220 volt

Also I have a little question does it make any difference if I only charge with 5 A, The charger I hav now charge with 10 A, but since it is balancing at the same time. I can see it change all the time, so doees anybody know how long time it will take to charge a LiPo on 5300 Mah with 5 A ?

Thanks
