Default Anybody dealt with Precision RC in Hong Kong?

Placed an order 13 days ago, still says processing in the order tracking area. Won't respond to emails. Anyone else dealt with these guys?

They are known to sell things that are out of stock...It can take several months to get the item back in stock. In the meantime, they will charge your credit card quickly.

If your order still says processing after 13 days, I would say it is out of stock.

Send them one last email, telling them to respond within a day or you will be seeking a refund from Paypal or your credit card provider. If you still don't get a response, take action!

Definitely buy with PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD...if things are going south, contact them and refund the order. Credit card are very good on that to protect the buyer...

My first order was no problem but the second order took 2 weeks without any response. I did email to them so many times but still did not get any reply from them. I decided to ask for fully refund from Paypal. Finally, with the best refund policy from paypal, I received my money back and never think about go to that web again even I have some credit left.

So, don't worry, your case is the same as mine. Just follow Paypal procedure, You will get your money back fully.
