It looks like a problem on 46mm shafts, but I could be wrong

Here is a translation, looks like it just can't be used with the 415.

About oral paper declared correction

Presently while selling is "the TB evolution IV 46mm swing shaft (Item 51092)" concerning, there is "the TB-EVO. IV" "TRF415 lightweight reversible suspension set" and 2 points in the application product which is inscribed in the oral paper, but really the fact that it is applicable is "TB-EVO. IV" only. You cannot use for "TRF415 lightweight reversible suspension set". The apology and also you correct. We applying annoyance, excuse it was not.

Yes I ran the car this weekend...Time was mostly spent on the xray though. I only got 2 battery packs of practice with the Evo4 but it was pretty darn good right out of the box. Easier to drive than the xray and faster in the heat. At night I think they were both about the same. I wish I would have spent more time running the evo4 to see how good it could have been....Maybe next time!

Dave You sent on diff gear for the extra diff...I made a spool out of it and the small screw that holds the pinion on to the end of the front drive shaft came off and wedged into the gears....So I had to bum one from Kilruff (thanks by the way Jimmy!!). Need to order some spares for next time!!

OK I see...

JDM_DOHC_SiR how do you like the EVO4 vs. you killer Cuda's you have? Our local shop is a pretty huge Tamiya dealer and was looking at possibly getting the new EVO4 or a 415. Not sure yet but just gathering up info at this time. The EVO4 looks very similiar the my Cuda R2 I has as far as the drive train and the open gear setup. I know the 415 is really nice car overall and wins at the top level and I expect the EVO4 is going to be no exception.

Thanks
Brian

I like it quite a bit.. the car is still young and does have to weak points IMO..
#1 ... 950 bearings are really small....easy to send to that trash
#2 Center driveshaft cups...Very prone to breaking in a BIG CRASH. but there are a few aftermarket comanies that are working on a fix to this as we speak
other than that the car works really well out of the Box and is very forgiving with setups
