they'll get you on the fees...but you'll still save a little bit of $
Japanese Tax, shipping fees, paypal / credit card fees etc etc..
don't know why they charge tax when it's shipped out of the country. Champs is sometimes hard to order from as well. never had good luck with them...

Especially their email response time. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they respond in a couple of days, sometimes it takes forever. Hopefully they respond to me before the Evo IV Surikarn edition is out. LOL

Yes it is...especially if you know the right people ..and if you can even find any kits in stock... better act quick if you want one from Japan...because I was at Champ last night and only saw 5 kits left and that was out of the 50+ that they had when I 1st wend down there on the 15th

more like 50-70 for shipping. I've never paid less than 60 for EMS from Japan when buying a kit.

I just spoke to Tani from Champ. Don't worry about stock levels at RC Champ, the have loads of them at the Tokyo warehouse.

BTW, "Limited" doesn't mean much. Even if Tamiya makes 30.000 kits they can still say its "limited".

Just wondering who makes this body. I see it on all the TRF drivers cars and I love the front light decals. Anyone know what bodies they are?
