I can't (won't) tell you to buy one or not , however I will say I have one and like it just fine. I have had no problems and it does what I need it to do. i bought it due to it's flexibility as I am into all aspects of RC. I charge all manner of batts (Nimh, LiPo, NiCd, Pb) ranging from: sailplane receiver packs, plane and heli batts, car batts, airsoft gun batts, and daughter's ride in Barbie car.

The only irritations I have are minor: rotating dial seems like is 'skips' a bit and does not engage 100% of the time, and LiPo charge rates are perm fixed to 1C. Other than that, I am satisfied.
