New front end
Put the new front end on last night and ran a few packs today. The car was driving a little rough at first but thanks to the many easy to adjust features on the NFE I was matching my best lap times by the third pack. I see this as a success since on practice nights laps times are usually off by .2 to .3 of a second compared to race days. Hopefully this means that I'll improve my best lap times next race meeting on Jan 2nd.
I too noticed the extreem amount of up travel the NFE has and wished that the was some kind of limiter. I needed to adjust the front ride height frequently at first but after a few runs the flex plates settled in and held a consistant front ride height.
Best of all the car really handles the bumps on our carpet track without upsetting the chassis like they used to.
Thank you Jason!

I'm selling my copperhead in the for sale forums if anyone is interested.

I used a longer screw in the forward hole of the base plate. This screw comes up and just clears the lower arm. A flanged nylock nut on the screw overlaps the lower arm and can be adjusted to control the amount of suspension up-travel.
