You can update to the copperhead for $99.99. It is much cheaper than buying a whole new car. HTH

The car is awesome in outdoor, i win National with it, 2 years a go, modified class with NiMh.
I like to know, if there a lot of differences into my car and new Copperhead, is possible update to Copperhead 12, or is best buy a new car, ... etc.

Thanks in Advance, Luis C.

Excelent ¡¡¡, i visit your website, for ref. of conversion kit. I see a new front end, is beta or is in production, is very interesting, but i don´t have good records for the changes in front end, in CRC car, this see very diferent, but in track, the performance is best, or is best adjustable.

Thanks for fast response, Luis C.

Thanks Jaybee, i read later, your response.

Jason, just so I'm clear, is it 1° positive or negative camber? I think I've always run -.5°.

Would you take a minute to clarify and also maybe briefly help me understand the effect of camber changes on the new front or in general.

Thank You,

Can anyone comment on the Speed 8HD vs. the AMR bodies? I really like the feel of the Speed but haven't had a go with the AMR.

Hey Jaybee,

I'll try to answer your question the best i can about the Speed8HD from what I remember with that body it had lots of downforce.

I have'nt tried it with 1s lipo 1/12th yet, The last time i ran that body is when the 4600 nimh where popular.

I like the AMR because its very stable the Speed8 HD was nice to but it didnt seem to rotate as wheel as the AMR.

I still think it might work because I will be stable as well I dont hurt to try it.

Hope this helps

Thanks Mike. I have 2 on the way from Roly, so yeah, I'm gonna try 'em. Gotta compare laptimes though. The S8HD does have a lot of downforce. I mount it as low as possible too. It really seems to compliment my driving style too...passive aggressive, lol. The last weekend, the car felt wonderful. I just wanted to keep driving it. Being out for almost two years hurt me a little, but it felt like riding a bike (you never really forget how to).
Thanks again brah

I like how much room the Speed 8 HD has under the body in the back. Seems like the Speed 12s all sat too low and I feel didn't handle as well because they affected the pod's movement. I'd like to give the AMR a try though. I'd really like to try the Audi or Black Art but I find they are too thin for my liking. Really like the style though.

I have found if I switch from a Speed 8 HD to an AMR the car has more front and less rear grip. When the bite is up on our track (which isn't nearly often enough) The AMR is substantially faster. When the bite is low I much prefer the Speed 8 HD. The AMR is also a snugger fit over the chassis.

Thank You,
That will be negative camber (top of the wheel leans inwards). Positive camber is never used for all I know...
