What would be faster?

The US TCS Nats used the 32T in their F1 class in 2009. It's a pretty cool motor for the F1 class with ton's of torque, unfortunatly you can't rebuild them unless you have an old school com lathe. That said... Silver can's are faster.

Silver can's at 7.2v unloaded rev to aprox. 18,000+ rpm.

32T at 7.2v unloaded turn aprox. 14,000 rpm.

With the proper final drive the 32T can come close to an average silver can. Hope that helps.

any idea which spur gear more suitable for Formula Tuned motor (32T)?? I heard is 93T that is more suitable than using 104T on it. Any idea?

Some guys were going as high on their pinion as 30t/93t, the 32 turn doesn't seem to overheat as easily. The punch they have is noticeably more than a silver can but have lag in the straight.

I love the 32 turn, it was kinda' a pain in the ass to pop endbells so easily though.
