Default Losi Xcelorin ESC with Castle Link USB ??

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone would know if this would work.

Connect a Losi Xcelorin Brushless ESC through a Castle Link (Mamba) USB Connector. The Castle Link USB adapter has the same hookup as the Losi USB adapter, but can you actually use the Losi with Mamba, and vise versa?

I have heard they look the same, but I am not familiar with the Castle software. If it has different features on it from the Xcelorin software I would so no you can't interchange. If they are the same then it is probably no big deal. I would just stick with the Xcelorin program for the Losi and Castle stuff for the Mamba.

Call Horizon Hobby since they distribute/sell Team Losi and Castle, and spoke with their Tech Support. They say that Losi only works with Losi, and Castle-Link only works with Mamba and other Castle ESCs. So, I guess I'm out of luck and need to get a Losi USB adapter.
