Default Considering an extra charger

Charging 3300 cells take a long time....

So I'm considering getting an additional charger. The requirements is:

At least 6 amps charge rate.
Adjustable delta peak cut off.
Linear charge.
No trickle (or ability to turn it off).
Reliability (no heat problems, no false peaks).

I already have a charger with good features, so I'm purely looking for the above things and dont want to pay extra for bells and whistles.

Which is the cheapest charger you know which meet the above requirements?

Thanks.

The LRP Pulsar Sport is available for cheap on eBay and has served as a good backup for me.

Dido here, picked up a pulsar sport for $70 off ebay and actually use it more than my 16x5v6! Good charger for the price.

The Pulsar Sport is far too expensive around here. The Competition is only 20% more expensive. At least when talking LHS prices. That Yokomo thing is too expensive.

havent used a pulsar comp/sport, but id vote for it since it can power your motor lathe.

either that or go with a yokomo bcs single charger. very compact, reliable and has a timer and temp charge feature.

$130 is expensive for a charger? That's news to me.

It's probably a good charger for the money. But prices around here are way higher. Exchange rates, import duties, and so on. Plus our costs for living is higher too. Bad odds for racing...

But as said, I dont want to spend a fortune, it's just a second charger and I dont need the fancy stuff, just a regular and reliable charger. The LRP Sport would really suit me nice, except for the price.

So I'll probably go for something second hand. Unless somebody have a rabbit in their hat....

I was just gonna say that. I have an LRP Competition and am getting a Sport as a 2nd charger. $99 is a great price and you can get an even better deal if you can find one on eBay.

I hear you on that. You can usually find the lrp sports and the milleniums fairly cheap. Cost of living is going up everywhere it seems... just blame Bush, I do.

Very true. In Denmark, the LRP Competion is 1800 dkr = 300$. The Sport is "only" 1500 dkr = 250 $.....
