Interesting. I am in the market for a new charger...so I'll have to look into this one.

It's amazing how just being out of the hobby for a mere two years can leave you way out of the loop on what is good and not good!

I dont know what all of you are talking about. You must really beat your chargers hard. Mine is great and always has been. Works perfect, and gives a great charge. Do not back out of that deal. It is a top notch charger.

I don't know what that first guy was talking about because the Quasar Pro is a MUCH better charger than the Millennium Pro. I have had both, and the charge on the Quasar is soooo much better. It puts the Millennium Pro to shame!

Just my 2 cents,

the quaser maybe better as its got discharge/cycle facility but the millenium is sooo reliable.

and pete, as you have had your ssince it came out that is because they were a really good batch of chargers, with high quality control.

you can buy it if you wish, i am not forcing you out of your deal but id say go for a differnt charger.

your choice mate.

I've had once for about 2 years, and it works well. One fan did blow out, but I replaced it myself and it has worked fine ever sense. Mine is a very, VERY early production model, and that being said, it's very, VERY LOUD! I haven't brought myself to muffling the piezio yet, but I may eventually. It does a good job, just as good as my Pit Bull and Turbo. Like others have said I also wish it would have a motor run feature. The discharger needs improvement too, it takes almost a minute to get up to 20 amps, making it useless for cycling packs to determine how acurate the numbers may be.

Mines had served me really good.

Complaint that it is loud when the fans come on. And the loud beeping sound when charge/d-charge is finished.

Other than that, no complaints.

I wish they'd put a on/off switch or imbed into the electronic buttons. For example, press a certain button for about 5 seconds and it turns on.

I love the titanium finished look on the aluminum. Looks great!

Great charger. I have this one 2nd hand and haven't had any failure issues.

One thing that I have noticed though is that if you are plugged in to an AC outlet that alot of people are using, that can cause some false peaking issues or strange voltage readings during your charge cycle ( I have seen reading saying I had 12 Volts on a pack being charged ). But, the peak detection never failed, I just moved my connection to another power source, and it worked fine.

cartmen the chargers are great chargers at 1 point i had three of them! the only reason i got rid of 2 of them was for a turbo 30 for the motor run function.
these are great chargers the only thing you need to worry about is if the origional owner has taken care of it. they are good.

yes but all you that are saying they are great chargers...when did you get them?

as i say, people that got them erarly on, when they came out their chargers will be fine.

but people that have purchased them quite recently will have a lot of problems with the mains circuit and the fans.
