what should i use to clean bearings and to gt them to spin more freely and what are a good bearing replacement for most stock bearings?

Cleaning
Take out of Car, Take some Motor cleaner and Blast it w/ it. Anothing you can do is put in Aceton in a cup and shake around. let it dry and put 1 drop of oil of your choice.

Avid bearings Are the Way to go!

SPC i got a sonic jewelry cleaneryou can use if you want to take out the old grease...ive done that then put a drop of my favorite bushing and bearing lube


STP fuel injector cleaner is a good choice of taking out the grease...motor spray works well to

For soaking, Paint Thinner or Mineral Spirits cut through the dirt and grease better than anything else I've tried.
