Default Asphalt track

I am looking at different options to build an asphalt on-road electric track. What grade of asphalt is best? Should a sealer be applied to the surface? What type of paint is best for the lines? Is it better to have built in curbing or use plastic boards secured to the asphalt for the track layout? I am thinking that 120'x60' would be a good track size.
Any opinions or info is greatly apreciated.
