Schumacher actually got it's start with 12th scale

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schumacher_Racing_Products The XLS and "C" car were 12th scales

Shims or washers in the front under the arms, and the axle height adjusters that came with the car in the rear

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting into some 12th scale racing this winter, but have no clue about running electric. What are the top 3 or 4 cars on the market now?

Thanks.

im actually new just got my 12l4 and what arm your saying .i just assemble it right now . u mean under the lower arm?put a spacer between the cahssis and the lower arm?? sori for this question. but just confused

and is the team crc front purple tire (cln # 2173) fits on the 12l4? mine rubs against the steering knuckle and when i put spacers it moves the tire out that i cant put the e-clip to hold the tire. any advise is very much appriciated.

and also is there any aftermarket wheel nut? so that i wont use e clips to hold my front tire.

Yes you put shims/spacer to adjust the front ride height. I've been using the Tamiya Wheels spacer mainly for the bling and get the IRS diff height adjusters for the rear and then your set.

Yes you can get optional wheel nuts for the front end. Try www.teamcrc.com.

Here,s the link http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.p...od&prodID=1235 You can also get this in Titanium

they should fit. the steering knuckles need to be cut down. there should be only one hole to mount the ball stud. you should cut off the outer hole

1/12 mod at platinum? Would brushless be OK for that too? If so; count me in!

It's almost like asking which color of M&M is the best . So many to choose from like Slapmaster, Darkside, AE, Speed merchant, CRC, Hara Hammer, BMI, Corally, and alot more. Oh yeah I like the red ones .

Being a newbie I would suggest you try any 12L4 based car since parts are everywhere. Also try sticking to a t-plated car as they are much easier in my opinion.
