how do i get pre glued tires off the rim without ruining the tires and inserts.

If they were glued properly, you don't. Doesn't Speedmind sell some good inexpensive rims?

acetone?

Back in the day we used to boil them for a bit. It makes the CA brittle and it just falls off.....however, I don't know if it would work anymore since the new tires are so soft and I am not sure if they absorb the CA or not.....at worst, grab an old tire and rim.....then try it....it might still work.

I wouldn't use acetone though....stuff is brutal on some plastics and can soften the rim.

Boil it. Acetone should work, but the inserts will be shot.
