does anyone know what the blue alu link is between the rocker arms? is it a stiffner?

if so, anyone got a part number as will get one for my TA05-ifs R

they never retail at the retail prices so i expect it to be arround the $300-$380 mark

but there are a load of hop ups still needed for it... so you could end up spending $500+
