Default Team Orion Race Spec ESC

Hey all!

I wonder what gauge on the ESC wires i should use? I have installed 14 gauge on my ESC. But wonder if its to thin?? :S

I find them to thin but I now that they are used.
GM uses them to the motor and I used them also for a wile but I found that the speedo got a bit hotter and that the wires became hot.

It will work but watch your speedo and wire temps.
Don't use them to your lipo.

By 1 cell lipo it's not a problem.

post your question on KO Propo BMC thread, you might get better response there.
but I am using 12awg wire. it is suggested in the manual.

i use 2c lipo. i am gonna solder 12 gauge instead. might work better.

Since Vortex Race Spec BL ESC is a relabeled KO BMC, Orion will resend it to KO Japan for repair. This may be what he means.

better to use 12AWG for the power cable, 12AWG internal resistance is lower than 14AWG...
for the motors its okay to use 14AWG
