Default Capacitor and Diode stock number from Radio Shack

I am looking to pick up some capacitors and diodes for my motors from radio shack.

Can someone list me the stock numbers for both capacitors and diodes that will work for our electric motors? I need the stock numbers, not just " any blah will work" since when I go in there and say I need "A" they do this:

So if you can post this, that would be great help.

I know thw caps are .10uf not sure about the diode. I think it would be easier to just buy them from your LHS then you know what your running and will alwayse have replacements available. Its not worth all the hasle to save a buck.
