Hi all,
For the remainder of the week I'll be bringing everybody live coverage of the 2004 ROAR Carpet Nationals from Cleveland, Ohio. As always there will be a full set of race pages, in addition to some new stuff that I'm going to try, including a semi-live webcam. I'll have more details on that as the week progresses.
BIG thanks to Xtreme R/C magazine, to Hurricane Motorsports, and to Team br00d and Avid R/C for helping me out with this event. Make sure to pick up a copy of XRC each month to read my crazy articles...
The track opens tomorrow at 7 AM and practice begins an hour later; visit www.clevelandcarpetracing.com for up-to-date entry lists and other information for this year's race. Everything looks great at the track and it's an insanely technical layout. Should be a great week.
Schedule:
Wednesday: Practice
Thursday: Practice
Friday: 2 Rounds
Saturday: 2 Rounds, Lower Mains
Sunday: Triple A Mains
The race uses qualifying points to seed the mains, just like last year.
More info to come. As always, enjoy the coverage from R/C Tech!
