Alright, attached here is a zip file with all of the lower main results in HTML format along with the A3 mains. Printouts of the A1 and A2 mains do not exist because of the software problems.

With that, I am packing up my stuff and heading out. Hope this helps you all get the info you wanted.

ALex got punted by Steve Weiss...it was an accident and Steve waited for Alex to get back in front but when he did Chuck went between both of them and took the lead for good.

I just got of the plane and to the house. I had a good time just terrible luck and cars!! Radio demons got me for 3 of my 4 quals. Oh well it was fun anyway!!

Congrads to all the A main drivers!!

Rich.....

He was marshalling the Mod 12th 3rd A main and went out and got a car........ McMahon was coming down the straight and he saw him, so Pulfer jumped off the track and hit one of the concrete poles, 1 ft by 1ft size by the way. He was totally spread eagle and drilled his head, his knee and other various body parts. Then collapsed.

Glad Avid RC could help sponsor some of Shane's efforts. Just flew in and going to rest finally.

For those interested in why I went back to the TC3 in practice from the Pro4, please visit the Pro4 thread.

Thanks again for the help David!

Some of the track crew were leaving the track for the hospital to check on Pulfer when I left (I was, predictably, the last one to leave, right behind Cyrul... haha)

I and many others felt bad for Steve (and for Alex), he felt terrible about what happened, but I really do think it was just a racing thing. They (Alex and Steve) had run 2-3 laps nose-to-tail and finally they made contact. Steve was the second overall qualifier and was every bit as fast as the rest of those guys. Chuck hung around the top 3 in all three mains and it paid off right there, and he drove a flawless race -- I didn't see Chuck make a single mistake in that entire main.

EA: Do we even want to know what happened in your TC main?

Just so everyone knows, Pulfer is okay. He sprained his knee and is wearing a brace. Pulfer drove in with Ian Ruggles, and Ian is taking great care of him. They were on their way home last night when we left the track around 7:30p.m.

Thanks to everyone who helped out with the race. Overall, it was a great event!

Thanks,
Holly

Holly - I wasn't able to make the race. However, from knowing Aaron and Jimmy and seeing all the prep work you and they have done, you all did a super job. Even with all the software problems that cropped up that were out of your control, you folks did a great job handling those problems and working around them. I imagine it was a very stressful weekend with the scoring software issues.

Get some sleep!

-Rich
